About me
I am a dedicated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) professional with nearly a decade of experience navigating the intersections of for-profit, non-profit, and government healthcare settings. My career has been marked by a commitment to driving systematic change and fostering inclusive environments across organizations ranging from small teams to global enterprises. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in change management, public speaking, and strategic leadership to drive meaningful impact.
In my current role as Senior Manager of Health Equity, DEI, and University Affairs at Myriad Genetics, I lead initiatives that impact over 1000 employees and more than 5000 stakeholders including patients, providers, and payers. My responsibilities include spearheading our enterprise health equity mission, launching a rotational internship program to enhance diverse talent recruitment, and significantly expanding our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). I also play a key role in shaping our DEI communications and training, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate DEI strategies across the company.
