Tracey Sikora is the Co-Founder of Every Cure, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding additional uses for existing drugs. She has a 15 year career conducting pre-clinical and clinical research in multiple rare diseases, including MPS I, Niemann-Pick Type C, Familial Hypercholesterolemia, and Castleman disease. Her research portfolio includes both novel treatments, such as AAV gene therapies, and repurposed treatments. Prior to co-founding Every Cure, Ms. Sikora managed multiple clinical research project at the University of Pennsylvania, including the CORONA Project, a systematic evaluation of clinical trial data for Covid-19 treatments. Her current work focuses on impact evaluation, clinical trial design and rare disease patient advocacy.
